Supporting you.
Space.
My intention is to enable the opening of space for you. There is a lot going on (and many things to do!) after having a baby, and I’m here to help.
I will be of support to each person in a different way. Offering unbiased and nonjudgemental care, I honor your choices.
Care.
Postpartum support includes infant care, sibling care, infant feeding support, postpartum recovery support, errands, light housekeeping (laundry, washing bottles, loading dishwasher), and meal preparation.
Rest.
“It's very important that we re-learn the art of resting and relaxing. Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems.”
-Thich Nhat Hanh
Body.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery are all big transitions for your body.
There are many benefits to taking gentle care of your body during this time.
Food.
I love food!
I can help with meal preparation and planning.
Family.
Postpartum support benefits not only you, but also those living with you. It can be a big shift when a new baby joins the family.
“It is not how much you do, but how much love you put in the doing.” — Mother Teresa
